All breakfast orders are taken in the morning and cooked as you sample our self service buffet and enjoy the spectacular views of the Kerry Mountains to the Wild Atlantic Ocean, we offer the following:

• Irish Porridge oat lets served with local honey and dried fruit
• Shealane Toasties: Grilled Ham,Pineapple,and Cheddar Cheese on Toast
• Grilled ham, Tomato and Cheddar Cheese on Toast
• Traditional Irish Breakfast: Grilled Irish Bacon, Irish Sausages, Award Winning Clonakilty Black and White Pudding, Grilled Tomato, Beans in Tomato Sauce, Fried, Scrambled or poached local free range egg.
• Vegetarian Irish Breakfast: Fried,Scrambled or poached local free range egg, Grilled tomatoes, beans in tomato sauce and grilled mushrooms.
• Grilled Atlantic Kippers served with scrambled,poached or hard boiled local free range egg.
• Pancakes served with bacon, or sausage {pigs in blankets} or plain with a dusting of Icing Sugar and maple syrup on the side.
• French Toast served with grilled Irish bacon and maple syrup

Freshly brewed filter coffee and a choice of teas: Barry's Irish tea, Earl grey tea or herbal & fruit

All the above served with Mary's Homemade Brown Bread, White and Brown Toast.

Breakfast orders taken in the morning and cooked, while our guests help themselves to the buffet of yoghurt, fresh fruit salad and juice and enjoy the wonderful scenery from our conservatory.
